Hi and thanks so much for this interview! For us, this album represents a musical continuity from our previous album, "Rumore e silenzio," and certainly an "evolution," as the title suggests, not only musically for the masses but also from a personal perspective.
This explains the choice of the official album cover, which features the faces of our children—Luigi and I are the current official members of the band. This album also serves as a sort of "spiritual legacy" through listening to the 12 tracks, which, although often described in the feminine, touch on themes of humanity that apply equally well to both men and women.
So, once the children on the album cover grow up, they will be able to listen to and learn about the various facets of being human. But they won't just be our children, but all those children who will find themselves simply facing "life," in good and bad circumstances.
- How would you describe your sound?
Our sound hugs different styles, grunge, pop, hard rock, metal and our mission… writing mainstream songs.
- What do you write about?
I’m inspired by movies and important and current human life issues, I’m a visionary..
What do you listen to when you are home?
Me and Luigi like listening to every kind of music, because every sound can be a strong inspiration for our songs
- Your favourite live performance so far?
Well..it’s not easy to answer….First, sure I can tell you absolutely Queen…but when I was a child I was inspired by the legendary Pink Floyd concert in Venice….Luigi instead loved so much live performances of Pearl Jam, one of his favourite bands.
- Tell us a funny story that happened in studio or on stage.
many, many situations of messing around with the guitar and from there many of the main riffs of the previous album “rumore e silenzio” were born…
- Your favourite albums?
Ooooooooo…. Other difficult question…. Luigi sure can say …. Nevermind by Nirvana and a Justice for All by Metallica….. me…. Mmmmm…I choose one… Innuendo by Queen
- A musician you would like to meet for a beer?
Kurt Cobain!
- What would you ask for backstage, if you were the most important band on earth?
Luigi sure many cigarettes and beer… me… a mentalist! Hahahahaha
- What are your plans for the near future?
Sure making a good promotion of our album and obviously playing in many important live situations!
