PÆRISH - Then People Forget

Named after a iconic line from David Lynch’s mind-bending film Mulholland Dr., Pærish’s third album You’re In Both Dreams (And You’re Scared) is a heavier, noisier, and deeply emotional ride. Fueled by spontaneous songwriting, the record dives headfirst into crushing riffs and raw melancholia, balancing intense alt-rock bangers like "Amanita" and "Daydreaming" against moments of quiet, tender beauty on tracks like "Sequoia."

The standout track “Then People Forget” hits like an absolute freight train, packing a high-energy pulse and an insanely cool, moody atmosphere. Anchored by heavy, tasty basslines, solid drum work, fantastic-sounding guitar riffs, and ultra-catchy vocal hooks, the track showcases Pærish firing on all cylinders with a pristine band performance that grips you from the start.
