The Breakdown, a London-based band, has re-formed just before lockdown after a long absence (something like 15 years!), and the guys are currently putting together material and preparing to hit the road again preparing a new album (still no details about release and title). The band has already released a single during this 2022, called King of the hill.
This one below is their new single, called Summer Song, starting with a very nice guitar riff and with a great sound and a catchy chorus. This is a song about a relationship coming to an end, not what the music (and the cover) suggests. A very good contrast, in my opinion.
