Walk On Mars - Hear Us Now

Mary Jo on vocals, Emmy Barone and Kyle Reinhart on guitars, and Rafi Waters on drums make up the Alternative Rock band Walk On Mars, which was created at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. The band began their adventure on YouTube with over 25,000 views on their dramatic cover of My Chemical Romance's "Cancer," breaking gender preconceptions and continually showcasing neon green in the best way imaginable. WOM has progressed from performing live events in front of a maximum of 200 people to performing in front of 5,000 people at Penn State's Dance Marathon for Kids With Cancer at the Bryce Jordan Center (THON).

This is their new single, called Hear Us Now starting with a nice clean riff before the drums kick in and the sound becomes pure adrenaline, thanks to a great guitar solo as well. The vocals are clean but punchy (with a very clear sound) and the chorus is absolutely catchy. The production is spot on and the song is amazingly performed by the band, with an amazing rhythm section, good vocals and great guitar solos.
