Amie Bishop - Tune In

Amie Bishop, a singer-songwriter from Central Arkansas, founded an Americana, rock, and blues band in 2020. Amie & the Slingerz quickly established themselves by performing new versions of songs like "Merigoround," "Damaged," "Amie," and "All Along the Watch Tower," as well as throwing out as much music as they could to keep people entertained in the year 2020 amid the Covid-19 crisis.

Amie, who has been nominated for Best Female Artist of Radio Wigwam United Kingdom 2021, Best of The Best 2021, and Arkansas Readers Choice Best Rock Band, has published 17 singles over the past two years, spanning from solo work to collaborations in Americana, rock, downtempo, and EDM.

This is her new single, called Tune In. What I like about the song is the melancholy atmosphere during the verses and overall the great vocal performance, becoming more and more intense. The band's performance is great as well (check out the guitar solo!) and the production is very natural, giving space to the song and the beautiful vocal line of the song.
