Song of the day: Wynchester - Camioneta

Mike Bray and John Konesky cover every genre, including traditional uptempo "barn burnin'," "truck drivin'," and "tear in your beer" ballads. Wynchester has surprised critics with its contemporary take on traditional songwriting; songs that tell stories, songs about heartbreak, and even some humorous numbers that will undoubtedly keep you coming back for more. It's a consistently enjoyable assortment of wonderful times. Drawing from the humour present in artists like Dr. Hook, Jerry Reed, and Brad Paisley, as well as Southern music legends like Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers Band, Marty Robbins, and Jimmy Webb.

This is their new single, called Camioneta. The song is incredibly fast and upbeat and I really like its contagious mood, with a spot-on performance and arrangement. The production is absolutely perfect and check out also the amazing guitar solos in the second part of the song, starting at 2.10. If you like the genre you have to give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Wynchester on social media as well.
