Dave Wilbert, one of four brothers, was born in North Vernon, Indiana, and was raised by two dedicated teachers. He fell in love with the outdoors, sports, and music at a young age. He moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career in country music after receiving his degree from Ball State University and meeting songwriter Kerry Kurt Phillips. From soul music to traditional country, Dave draws inspiration from a variety of musical genres.
