Song of the day: Oblivious - Eyes Beyond The Sky

Oblivious is made up of Luca Varvarà (vocalist), Matteo Zangrandi (guitars), Mario Russo (bass), and Daniele Serra (drums), and draws inspiration from the Alternative Metal movement in the United States.

The band, based in Italy, released their debut song "Now I'm Free" in early 2020, but the lockdown forced a halt. Late in 2022, the band returned to hard work, seeking to create and record new songs that would be released shortly.

This is their new single, called Eyes Beyond The Sky. The song has a slow and atmospheric start and some exploding moments reminding me of Alter Bridge. The chorus is super catchy and probably it will get stuck in your head and the song is amazingly performed (great riffs, solos and a super solid rhythm section) and produced.
