Born David Polanco on November 19, 1993, Subway Rat, is an indie rock musician from Queens, New York City. A few months after a difficult, extended separation with his undergraduate girlfriend and a life-altering late diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder Level 1, he penned his first song.

Their new album Captain of the Football Team, recorded at Lounge Studios and released under his own label Rat Tooth Records, is expected to make a strong debut, fueled by Subway Rat's unique pop, rock, hip hop fusion sound and passionate following around the world, particularly in Brooklyn, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.
