Riot in the Attic’s journey began in 2015—broke but determined, fueled by passion and an obsession with detail. They poured everything into their first EP, determined to break out of the rehearsal room and onto the world’s stages.
This isn’t the story of a one-hit wonder, a band backed by wealthy parents, or one that compromised its sound to fit in. Riot in the Attic rose from the ground up, living and breathing every second of its music. Over the years, singer, guitarist, and songwriter Dan remained steadfast, shaping the band into his project, his creation, his soul.
With two EPs, three albums, and over a million streams, their direction and passion remain unchanged. Their high-energy, sweat-soaked live performances—marked by headbanging, mosh pits, and all kinds of wild dancing—have earned them a reputation across Europe for nearly a decade. And they’re just getting started.
Pleasureland is their new song. I love the main riff and the pace of the song, energetic and no frills. It features a super catchy chorus (great drumming there!) and it's a quality song from start to finish, amazingly performed by the band and super enjoyable.
