Revis — Justin Holman (vocals), Robert Davis (guitar), and David Piribauer (drums) — deliver infectious post-grunge rooted in southern Illinois. After relocating to Los Angeles, they signed with Epic Records and released their debut album Places for Breathing in 2003, produced by Don Gilmore. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart, with singles “Caught in the Rain” and “Seven” earning major rock radio play and MTV rotation. “Caught in the Rain” also featured on the Daredevil soundtrack.
Following tours with Evanescence, Pearl Jam, and 3 Doors Down, the band went quiet—until a 2023 reunion reignited their creative spark. Their comeback album Bottles Of Lightning dropped May 2, 2024, followed by the powerful new single “Killing Time,” released August 12, 2025.
