Formed in southwestern Spain in 2016, Monkey Ham delivers a heavy blend of ’90s stoner rock, grunge, and alt-rock defined by dense guitars, confrontational lyrics, and an uncompromising DIY ethos. Their brand new single, “Hound With No Bone,” uses canine metaphors to unpack the resentment, tension, and slow burn of a toxic relationship.
I love the riffs and the band attitude. The song is full of very inspired riffs and lots interesting and tasty variations, especially in the second half of the song.
