Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Sona Bliss blends influences past and present to create a heavy sonic assault packed with unstoppable pop hooks.
The current lineup features John Checuga (vocals/guitar), Trent Harmon (drums/vocals), and Dylan Cessna (bass/vocals), building on the foundation originally laid by John alongside longtime friends Jim Bashaw, Baz Cooper, and Phil Armato. The band is currently putting the final touches on a new full-length record set to drop in 2026.
