Two figures roam the city with microphones hidden under their jackets, chasing sounds no one else notices.
The Hidden Persuaders turn street noise into mesmerizing music that syncs your heartbeat with the city’s pulse. Their debut,
“Fine,” showcases their signature style: a voice as deep as Leonard Cohen’s floating over the raw thump of urban life. A true city symphony. Who are they? You’ve passed them countless times, but never known them. Their identities remain a mystery. Sometimes they go by Danny KT Wilde and Brett R Sinclair. On stage, they wear masks, because sometimes you hide your face to show your soul. Four tracks. No names. Just music. Their EP drops soon.
I love the vibe of this song; it’s brilliantly written and performed, with cool vocal lines and great drumming. To my ears, it’s like a blend of Tom Waits and 80s pop, (something like Depeche Mode). It’s such an intriguing track and would be perfect for a soundtrack. Check it out on Spotify and follow these mysterious guys on social media if you’re into it.
