During the early 2000’s Joanie Loves Chachi released 2 albums called Please Keep Of The Grass and Uninterruptible Power Supply. After those, both founding members of the band, Dean Young and Norm Thody spent time as members of Nettwerk records’ Mystery Machine, as they toured North America. Since then, Joanie Loves Chachi has reunited to create their 2020 release titled My Brother’s Karate, which debuted in the top ten of a dozen or so college radio stations in the USA.

What I like about this song is the crescendo of vocals and instruments during the verses exploding in a distorted chorus with a powerful, clean and catchy at the same time chorus and it will stay on your mind immediately after listening to it.
