Low gear - Mexican radio

80's New Wave Music carbon coated with a high polymer Rock n Roll resin. The chorus was designed by O.G. Award Winning Studio Producer Captain Hook, then circumnavigated until a perfect mold was cast by The Notorious Minister Roach of Low Gear.

Low Gear is formed by: Minister Roach (vocals, wordsmith) Gotti (percussion, sound engineering) Mucky (guitar, triple 8 steel) Goat (bass guitars, 31 fret womanizer) and Sam I Am (guitar, Guitar, guitaR).

Formed in Dallas, Texas for the purpose of delivering loud heavy metal music to the world. Love for Low Gears' loud, rhythmic sound and animated live shows grew quickly. The New CD "Siktunes Redux" has just been released. The first single release "Mexican Radio" a cover of the 80's band, The Wall of Voodoo has received massive attention and is still picking up momentum.

What I like about Mexican radio is definitely the strong attitude and the pirate atmosphere throughout the whole song. Very solid drumming, powerful vocals and a chorus that will stick in your head.

You can give it a go by clicking on the player below and don't forget to support and follow the band.

Passionate about music I wrote my first article for "Given To Rock" in 2012, reaching now 30K global followers. I am also a musician, gigging around London.
