What do you write about?
We write about sociopolitical, environmental, historical and esoteric subjects. We like our songs to have meaning and to have a lasting effect on people so our lyrics are quite serious.

Your favourite live performance so far.
All our past gigs have good memories for us, however the most important gig for us was playing the Wacken Metal Battle in Brisbane. What band wouldn’t like the opportunity to play Wacken?

Tell us a funny story that happened in studio or on stage.
When we were recording last Blaze of The Phoenix, we asked Scott to sing some monk like chanting under a guitar melody line. What he thought we meant and what he sung us was totally hilarious, he had us all pissing our pants. We eventually got what the song needed.

Your favourite records
Man, that depends on our mood, there are so many brilliant records. I would say any records from the bands we mentioned as influences.

A musician you would like to meet for a beer.
Something a few of us in the band agree on is that it is not a good idea to meet your idols as this can ruin your opinion of them. However we would love to meet Dio and Chuck Schuldiner .

What will you ask for backstage if you were the most important band on earth.
None of us are prima donnas with big egos, we all have our feet firmly on the ground. We are a Thrash Metal band after all not a glam band, we would simply ask for decent food and coffee and enough room to get ready (no booze before a gig ).
