Bootleg Mercy, which began as a 90s cover band, took a detour into the world of creating and arranging their own material. Bootleg Mercy blends old and new inspirations to create a unique sound that combines recognisable sounds from the past with something new and exciting.
The band consists of
Rich Thompson (lead vocals/guitar),
Curtis Nightingale (lead guitar/vocals),
Jeff Butler (Bass), and
Erick Winebrenner (drums).
This is their new single, called
Knife In My Back, opening with an acoustic guitar and clean but intense vocals. The drums kick in and the song grows in intensity, exploding in a great chorus, very catchy and with great guitars.
