Interview - MIND ERASURE

MIND ERASURE emerged in 2007 in Corfu, Greece. Through the years members changed but they managed to keep the flame light.

- Line up
Lampros: vocals/bass Vasilis, Drums/programing, Spyros: Guitars

- We sound like
Vasilis: Like Mind Erasure. No really, it came out that we have mixed death, black and classic metal all together with some synths and choir here and there. No limits.

- Discography
We have released a promo a demo and most recently our first album with the title CONNIVE.

- Influences
Vasilis: Mainly extreme metal bands we like to listen to, but an idea can come from anywhere, then we’re filtering it to fit our style.

- Your favourite live performance so far
Vasilis: I liked when we played with Rotting Christ. It’s great to open for your favorite bands…

- Tell us a funny story that happened in studio or on stage.
Vasilis: Funny but tragic, ex-member came into the studio and didn’t know his parts. No effort. Sometimes you have to learn the ugly way, then laugh at it.

- Your favourite records?
Vasilis: There are a lot of albums through the years that I’m listening to for long periods of time. But a few would be: ‘’Immortal-At the Heart of Winter, Bolt Thrower-Those Once Loyal, Megadeth-Rust in Peace, Metallica-Master of Puppets, Fates Warning-APSOG, Iron Maiden-Powerslave, Dimmu Borgir-Death Cult Armageddon, Rotting Christ-Theogonia and many others…

- A musician you would like to meet for a beer
Vasilis: I’ve already met many, but beer with Ulrich would be a lot of fun. ’’Huh???? HUH???’’.You’ve heard the night out with Breuer right?
