Young Fast Running Man - Let This Soul Arise (Single Version)

Young Fast Running Man's third album, "Off To The Moon," is the brainchild of German singer-songwriter Fabian Hertrich. The moon plays an important role in the album's symbolism, which is mirrored in the music, arrangements, and lyrics, as the title suggests. In the same way that the moon has many faces, the album has many faces in terms of the variety of musical styles, sounds, instruments, and therefore produced atmospheres. Fabian's versatility in sound has already been demonstrated on his two prior albums, which range from traditional, timeless Folk to Blues (-Rock). However, it is difficult to pin it down to a specific genre.

This is their new single, called Let This Soul Arise. The song starts with some old-fashioned acoustic guitars followed by a short solo and smooth vocals by Fabian. The most interesting thing about the song is that you struggle to give it a label as you can hear many influences, some of them coming from the '60s or the '70s (the guitars). I really like the pace of the song, the sound of Fabian's voice, the guitars (always inspired), and the drums and the bass, which work perfectly together.
