BNHO - Lifeline

Four-piece BNHO came to try and define their own sound with their first hard-hitting single "You Get What You Deserve" in 2016. This was followed by more experimentation on melodic ear candy on "Salai" and high vocal stakes on "Gravity", released in 2017. With their current line-up formed and having played extensively over the first years of the 2000s on the local scene, BNHO came to try and define their own sound. With the acidic tones of "Kerosene" (2019), "Holy Throne" (2020), and "Souldier" (2021), BNHO continued to advance their sonic ambitions.

This is their new single, called Lifeline. The song starts with a contagious pace and riff, the vocals are clean and melodic, very well performed and very catchy during the chorus. My favourite aspect of the song is probably the rhythm section, with an incredible drum performance (especially during the verses) but, in terms of great performances check the guitar solo as well, towards the end of the song.
