Dekadenza - DEKADENZA

A four-piece metal band called Dekadenza is headquartered in Berlin, the city of decadence. On cello, sax, bass, and drums, they perform metal.

Their angry and catchy tunes, which they started writing in the new "Ugly '20s," are their own way of letting off steam in a world where the digital has already taken over control. Dekadenza is known for its dissenting lyrics, handcrafted virtuosity, passionate and groovy songs, and their unique sense of humour.

This is their new single, same title as the band, starting with an aggressive riff on a cello. The pace is captivating, the performance is great, and the sound does justice to the song. The vocals are no frills (almost punk) and the highlight of the song is probably the solo by the cello, towards the end of the song (there is another good one played by the sax!). The song is very original and energetic, and the band's performance is spot on.
