Dead Jackals - Broken Hearts

Dead Jackals, a passion project started by TommyK (vocals/bass), are influenced by bands like Thin Lizzy and Blink 182, which on paper sounds like the oddest crossover ever but, when heard, proves that rock music is still very much in existence.

TommyK knew Jolly (Drums) would play the perfect drums because they had studied together in college. The next call went to Basingstoke, England's incredible blues guitarist Sugarman Sam (Guitar), of Sugarman Sam and The Voodoo Men. The final piece of the puzzle was guitar player Matthew Hudson, whose incredible licks and lightning-quick solos made the ensemble whole.

This is their new single, called Broken Hearts. I like many things about the song: the pace, the drumming, the riffing and also the catchy vocals. The production is absolutely perfect (the guitars sound fantastic!) and the performance by the band is spot on. This is a great tune from every point of view and very enjoyable from start to finish, give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Dead Jackals on social media as well.
