Jaewon - Slow Death

Jaewon is a multi-genre singer, composer, and producer who spends too much time in his room and makes all of his songs at home. Jaewon draws from a wide range of influences to essentially perform anything he feels like doing, toeing the line between sentimental, trippy, and heavy. Initially begun during quarantine as a way to avoid having to follow any sound, style, or living restrictions that had previously been a barrier, this project has since evolved into a labour of love. Jaewon, a native of Chicago, Illinois, contrasts heartbreaking lyrics with upbeat, cheerful, and energising music.

This is his new single, called Slow Death. The song starts with a very tasty guitar riff, followed by inspired and well performed vocals. Talking about the performance I also really like the precise and very dynamic rhythm section but in general I can definitely say that the song is overall very well performed and well produced, check out also the punchy final part! Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Jaewon on social media as well.
