Karl Baudoin - The Rainbow

Karl Baudoin completed his studies at the Berklee College of Music, and he also earned a master's degree in composition and orchestration for film and television. He began playing music at the age of 14 with Hard Rock and Heavy Metal in the 1980s, followed by Blues and Rock in the 1990s, when he played hundreds of gigs in pubs, bars, and festivals, World Music in the year 2000, when he wrote and performed an Ethno Rock Opera called "Rêves et Voyages," and eventually, back to Blues in the mid-2010s, when he founded "Les Nuits du Blues," an annual Blues Festival The next year, in 2021, all of the performances of "A Dream Within A Dream," a Pop Rock Opera, which he composed and staged, were sold out.

Four Best Music Video Awards have been given to the 2022 hit song "The Big Balloon to the Moon." Two albums are anticipated: a live album with 22 songs from the performances and a studio album with 12 songs, both from "A Dream Within A Dream."

This is his new single, called "The Rainbow". The song is amazingly arranged and performed (I love the solos towards the end of the song), enjoyable from start to finish and with a catchy chorus. I can also hear some blues influences part of Karl's background. Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Karl Baudoin on social media as well.
