Song of the day: Love and a .38 - Turn It Up

A rock band called Love and a.38 is four men from all over the country who have come to Los Angeles because of their musical ambitions, successes, and failures. They have worked tirelessly on their own projects throughout their brief career. They have amassed a global fan base through social media, creativity, and a tonne of hard work that is almost unheard of for an unsigned, unrepresented, independent band. They have pursued their career with an "It's all rock and roll to me" attitude, unconcerned with hyphens and subgenres.

This is their new single, called Turn It Up. I love the vocal performance (that's how you sing this genre!) and the production, no frills, powerful and pure rock n' roll. The chorus is catchy and the song is very enjoyable from start to finish thanks to a robust and tight rhythm section and high-energy and inspired guitars.
