Song of the day: Ellis In Transit - Kill Your Creator

Ellis in Transit is a British-Canadian alternative rock band from Hamilton, Ontario, with a musical sound evocative of the late 1960s and early 1990s. The band began as an acoustic duet in Scotland when a chance meeting brought together vocalist Alexandria Shankland and guitarist Philip James. They toured the United Kingdom for a year before relocating to Canada and forming a complete band. Their music mixes Britpop guitar riffs with blues-rock vocal stylings to produce a distinct, nostalgic vibe.

This is their new single, called Kill Your Creator. The song starts with a pure rock guitar riff, followed by melodic but punchy vocals. The rhythm section is very dynamic and the song has a very good sound and arrangement, with a very catchy chorus that probably will get stuck in your head. Very cool song, give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Ellis in Transit on social media as well.
