Song of the day: Niro Knox - Bad Times

Niro Knox is an experienced rock and metal guitarist who has been performing and writing since the mid-nineties. As a consequence of a lifetime of devotion to his work, he is now a solo artist. Niro Knox has been a driving force in the heart of London's music scene since his early days as a guitarist in rock bands in the 1990s, from joining King Lizard in London in the mid 2000s to establishing KilliT in 2013. Niro Knox is ready to take on the music world and show what he's made of with his debut single and a complete band.

This is their new single, called Bad Times. I love the riff at the beginning of the song, reminding me of Zakk Wylde. The vocals are catchy but energetic at the same time (great chorus!) and I can also hear some Alter Bridge influence when the song slows down in the middle part. The song features a perfect production for the genre and the performance by the band is spot on.
