Song of the day: Howl at the Sky - Our Lady of the Knives

Howl at the Sky is a two-fisted, bare-knuckle display of riffs, melodies, and lyrics that hit beneath the surface...and occasionally the belt. They combine elements of hard rock, grunge, thrash, stoner, and traditional metal to produce a sound that is both recognisable and unique. Fuzzy, dirty and loud.

This is their new single, called "Our Lady of the Knives". I love the vocal performance, very robust but melodic at the same time. The music is hard as a rock and the performance of the band is spot on (check out the amazing guitar solo!), supported by a perfect production for the genre. Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow Howl at the Sky on social media as well.
