Song of the day: Indygo Skye - Take My Hand

The music of Indianapolis rock band Indygo Skye invites listeners on a journey of self-discovery, with the goal of assisting others in overcoming adversity by recognising they are not alone. Through contemplative and fascinating songwriting, the Indiana-based band immerses the listener in their deepest thoughts, drawing inspiration from personal hardships and victories. Linkin Park, Sevendust, Breaking Benjamin, and Evanescence are among the important hard rock idols that the band takes influence from. Indygo Skye, on the other hand, smoothly combines many influences into their music, notably in their compelling vocal delivery. This combination of high-energy guitar-driven rock and moving, heartfelt lyrics distinguishes the music, resulting in a style that appeals to a wide spectrum of fans.

This is their new single, called Take My Hand. I really like the atmosphere of the verses (great vocal lines and amazing drumming) and I love when the guitars become more aggressive for a super catchy chorus that surely will get stuck in your head. The song is quality from every point of view, including a spot-on arrangement and production.
