Song of the day: Strange Times - Goin' Out Back

Strange Times is a Sarnia, Ontario-based alternative rock band. The band's inspirations span from classic Motown to contemporary hard rock/punk bands. This diverse musical background is reflected in their creative approach, giving them a distinct yet recognisable feel. The band has shared the stage with renowned Canadian artists such as Sloan, Trooper, and Eric Ethridge.

On June 29th, their debut song "Goin' Out Back" was released. I love how the song starts (the guitar sounds fantastic) and the overall energy, with catchy vocals, a powerful rhythm section, the funky part in the middle song and the inspired guitar solo. Great song, give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and don't forget to follow the band Strange Times on social media as well.
