New music: The Froobz - Ur Mums Guide to Life

'The Froobz' are a central Scottish female-fronted band. They reach out to convey a woman's perception of current society through snappy words and catchy bass and guitar riffs.

'Ur Mums Guide to Life,' their latest release, is a reflection of past situations such as when your mother wonders, "Are you really going out in that?" Women are frequently kidnapped and catcalled in modern culture for "what they are wearing or how they are acting." The list of things a woman can do on her own without fear of being targeted is shrinking, and women are going out more frequently with the continual fear of something bad happening to them.

I love the pace and the punk "no frills" general mood and attitude of the track, very catchy and with an intelligent message. Give it a go through the SoundCloud link below and follow The Froobz as well.
