1) Bio
Sebia is a hard rock/metal band from Athens Greece first formed in April 2020.
2) Line up
The founding members of Sebia are Nikos Gavalas (Bass, Vocals), Konstantinos Kyritsis (Lead Guitar) and Leonidas Perifanis (Lead Vocals), with Paulos Kounalakis (Drums) joining the band on 2021.
3) We sound like
We play a mixture of hard rock with metal enriched with progressive elements, based on heavy riffs and melodic vocal lines.

4) Discography
On the 9th of June 2023 we officially released our debut LP album “Acceptance of Reality” including 8 tracks composed by the band.
5) Influences
Some of our main influences would be Metallica, Iron Maiden, System of a Down, Kansas and Dream Theater.
6) What do you write about?
Our songs have a socio-philosophical subject matter, with lyrics questioning issues of people's lives and their problems, as well as their existence and their purpose in life.
We want to express our point of view which says that the only way for people to move forward is to accept the facts and try to go on learning from their mistakes and overcome obstacles, physical or mental.
7) Your favorite live performance so far.
Our favorite gig of all time has to be the one at Piraeus Academy alongside Lazy Man’s Load.
It was an unforgettable experience for several reasons. Firstly, Lazy Man’s Load’s performance that night was absolutely mesmerizing! Their musical precision and the way they translated their studio sound into a live setting left us in awe. What made it even more special was the emotional connection. The entire crowd seemed to share the same deep connection with the music. There was this palpable energy in the gig, with everyone singing along and getting lost in the music.
8) Tell us a funny story that happened in studio or on stage
Our band is a WILD, energetic whirlwind of musical madness.
You see, we're not your typical musicians. We're a bunch of fun-loving, slightly eccentric individuals who thrive on making every performance an unforgettable, off-the-wall experience. When you come to see us play, expect the unexpected. We believe that music should be an exhilarating journey, and we bring that spirit to the stage. So if you're up for an insane, fun-filled musical adventure, join us at our next gig, and be prepared to get a little crazy with us!

11) What would you ask backstage if you were the most important band on earth?
Well, first of all, we would probably ask for a map to navigate this hypothetical massive backstage area.
Just kidding! But on a more serious note, it's not every day you get the chance to chat with the most important band on earth, so we'd probably have to think wisely before answering. We would certainly need gear that would allow us to feel like “home” as far as our sound is concerned. Pizzas as well.
One last thing we would ask for sure, would be any spare good luck vibes to share, we’d take those too!
