The HawtThorns - All the Right Reasons

The HawtThorns are an Americana band founded in the collaborative chemistry of husband-and-wife team KP and Johnny Hawthorn. Their sun-kissed lyricism, varied guitar skills, and beautiful vocal harmonies recall the California coastline as much as the Bible Belt countryside. Tarot Cards and Shooting Stars, the pair's second collection of country-rockers, acoustic ballads, and southern soul songs, take their chemistry to new heights. It was written and recorded amid a global epidemic that halted the HawtThorns' touring schedule, and it's an album that finds its creators counting their blessings and looking for silver linings in an otherwise terrible time.

This is their new single, called "All the Right Reasons". This is the first single for the Sophomore record and this is about "being young and clueless and realizing later that it's probably a good idea that a situation didn't work out". The song is amazingly performed and produced (it was recorded in Los Angeles, CA at Fitting Room Studio) and very enjoyable from start to finish thanks to catchy vocals and a classy arrangement.
