Song of the day: THE PROJECT - Over you

The Project is going to release their new album Best Days, which is a non-stop feel-good voyage through the realms of classic hard rock and pop rock that everyone can rock out to.

The album was recorded at Arrowhead West Studio in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and was produced by Dennis Hill (Face to Face, Sammy Hagar, Montgomery Gentry, The Poor Boys, and Lefty, to name a few), co-produced and engineered by Steven Barnett of Pump5, and mixed and mastered by Mike Troolines (Los Lobos, Ignite, and Righteous Brothers).

This is their new single, called "Over You". This is the second release from the project. “Best Days” was released six weeks ago and has already had over 260,000 streams and almost 40,000 monthly listeners on SpotifyI really like the production, absolutely perfect for the genre. Overall the song is very well performed and very enjoyable from start to finish thanks to catchy riffs, a dynamic and precise rhythm section and catchy vocal lines (great chorus!). Great song, classic Hard Rock in between Van Halen and Bon Jovi, to my ears.

Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below and remember to follow The Project on social media.
