TV PEOPLE - Rain

Following their previous vinyl release Feel/Die Down, the alt-rock Dublin duo TV People released 'Rain', a haunting track about the overpowering emotions of isolation and loneliness that follow emigration.

The song was composed after the duo migrated from Dublin to London, and it represents the band's sentiments of loneliness and detachment during their first few months in the UK. The song, written during a moment of mental stress and isolation, illustrates the superficiality of long-distance connection and the underlying problems that people frequently withhold from the public.
