DE3RA was created in 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee when three founding members got together with the same goal of expressing stories through the lens of psychedelia and harmony. The three original members are Rob Sieben, Haydn Cone, and Layton Switzer.
The moniker is derived from their housemate and they titled our band after his mother's name, Debra. The '3' represented the difficulties of becoming a certified artist on social networking networks.
