Multi Ultra, an alternative rock band from Nashville, has played over 120 shows across the U.S. in 2024, earning streams in more than 115 countries worldwide. The band comprises Derrick Wesley (vocals), Nolan Brown (guitar, BGVs), Chris Bevacqua (bass), and Chrystian Kaplan (drums).
This is their new single, called No Way. The band describes the song: "It's an energizing blast of no-frills punk rock for when you feel like giving a fat middle finger to the elites. Reminiscent of Green Day or the Ramones, the driving power chords, hammering bass line, and steady upbeat drums serve up the perfect platform to shout your dissent: Feeling controlled by the puppet-masters of society? Us too. The first step can be telling them "No Way."

I love the pace, mood, no-frills attitude, and simplicity. It's an energetic, catchy, and enjoyable song, with great riffs, very present bass lines and with some Foo Fighters vibe, especially during the verses. No Way is a very cool song, well written and performed by the band. Give it a go by clicking on the Spotify player below, and don't forget to follow Multi Ultra on social media.
