Miljenko Matijević, known as STEELHEART, is a powerhouse vocalist who has fronted The Doors and provided the voice for the fictional rock band Steel Dragon in the film Rock Star (starring Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston). With three decades of hit songs and global tours to his name, Matijević celebrated STEELHEART’s 30th anniversary with the release of We All Die Young—the song Wahlberg famously lip-synced in the film. I love the film and the soundtrack and this is probably the only CD in my life I wanted but I didn't manage to find anywhere. Luckily there is the internet now so I can enjoy those songs whenever I want.
Speaking of great songs, this is the remaster of My Freedom, a fantastic one you may probably know, which features the usual stunning vocal performance by Miljenko (the chorus will get stuck in your head) and is amazingly performed and produced.
