Revis is a post-grunge trio—Justin Holman (vocals), Robert Davis (guitar), and David Piribauer (drums)—originally from southern Illinois. After relocating to Los Angeles, they signed with Epic Records and released their debut album Places for Breathing in 2003, which hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart. The singles “Caught in the Rain” and “Seven” became rock radio staples, with “Caught in the Rain” also featured on the Daredevil soundtrack.
They toured with major acts like Evanescence and Pearl Jam, and their music videos aired on MTV and Fuse. After a long hiatus, Revis reunited in 2023 and released Bottles Of Lightning on May 2, 2024, reigniting their signature sound for a new era.
Justin Holman talks about their new single, Stardust. “This song reminds us that worldly things fade, and true meaning isn’t found in mirrors or materialism, but in divine truth."I love the beginning of the song, with a 70s atmosphere and arrangement, the super catchy chorus (it will get stuck in your head), and the fantastic guitar solos. The song is quality from every point of view, songwriting, performance and production. Give it a go and follow Revis on social media and Spotify.
