Recorded at Bergen’s Solslottet Studio alongside producer Iver Sandøy, the single pulls hard on the Norwegian rockers' vintage doom influences, kicking off with a heavy, blues-infused Tony Iommi-esque guitar riff from Marius Stageboe Mørch. Supported by a driving shuffle rhythm from bassist Einride Torvik and drummer Tor Helge Opdahl, dual vocalists Olav Iversen and PV Staff lean into a darker, confrontational swagger, trading raw verse delivery for soaring, hook-heavy choruses that explore themes of mental disturbance and emotional turbulence.
Combining modern grit with classic ’70s heavy-rock bite, it’s an uncompromising, top-tier anthem built for massive stereo volume and live energy. I love the sound, the riffs, the bass lines and in general the band's performance and the dark mood of the song.
