- Hi and welcome to this interview. Tell us about your latest release.
“hello everyone, I released my third album entitled "back to my Roots", this time an instrumental work with Giulio Giancristofaro on bass, Alessandro Inolti on drums and on some songs Lorenzo Sebastianelli on keyboards.”
- How would you describe your sound?
“the sound of the album is certainly Hard Rock but some songs are blues and country inspired. I consider myself, despite my many influences, a rock musician.”
- What do you write about?
“I mainly write about my personal experiences that have marked my existence.”
- What do you listen to when you are home?
“I listen many different things, from blues rock to hard rock to grunge. But it often happens that I rediscover my passion for jazz, blues or country.”
- Your favourite live performance so far?
“I believe at the 2018 Melodic Rock Festival in Chicago with Gary Brandon from White Sister/Radiouxcity”
- Tell us a funny story that happened in studio or on stage.
“on my first album I wrote for a string quartet and I remember that I was very anxious about the recording. Then the musicians started playing everything wrong on purpose as a joke and I almost fainted.”
- Your favourite albums?
“there are so many albums that I love if I had to say one maybe the one that made me discover Eddie Van Halen, therefore OU812.”
- A musician you would like to meet for a beer?
“I would really like to have known Eddie Van Halen, I consider him a guide and an example to follow.”
- What would you ask for backstage, if you were the most important band on earth?
“I would always ask for the presence of my girlfriend Ida Elena and some fruit to share with her”
- What are your plans for the near future?
“make the music I like, without compromise”
